- 01We operate on a per-day booking system. Your booking duration is calculated from the day your cat checks in to the day you collect them, inclusive of both days. For example, if your cat checks in on a Monday and you collect them on Tuesday, it counts as a two-day stay. This ensures we have ample time to prepare our luxury suites for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
- 02To secure a reservation at Whiskers Cat Hotel, a $60 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, intended to cover administration fees and to ensure that other clients are not disadvantaged. Once a cat's stay has begun, booking fees are not refundable. As a pet owner, you are responsible for payment of all days reserved, regardless of any changes or cancellations. This policy helps us manage our reservations effectively and provide the best possible service to all our guests.
- 03At Whiskers Cat Hotel, we offer a cost-effective solution for families with multiple cats. When cats from the same family share a room, the first cat is charged the standard room rate, and each additional cat incurs an extra cost of $20 per day. It's important to understand that all the cats must get along to share a room peacefully. If the cats do not get along and need to be separated, each will require a separate room, and the standard room charge will apply to each room. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our feline guests.
- 04Visit our website to complete the online booking form or call Whiskers during business hours. Book early, especially during peak seasons. Provide your cat’s details, including care needs, vaccination records, and stay dates. A $60 deposit is needed to secure the room. We will confirm your booking and provide all necessary information for a comfortable stay.
- 05Yes, Whiskers Cat Hotel applies additional fees during peak seasons to accommodate the increased demand and maintain the highest standard of care for your cat. During the Summer Season, from June 1 to September 8, there is an extra charge of $5 per suite, per day. For the Thanksgiving Season, November 20 to 30, and the Christmas Season, December 16 to January 6, the additional fee is $10 per suite, per day. Due to high demand in these periods, we strongly recommend booking early to ensure availability and secure your cat’s stay in our comfortable and safe suites.

- 07Whiskers Cat Hotel offers pick-up and drop-off services Monday through Saturday, with standard hours from 10 AM to 2 PM. For added convenience, we also provide curbside pick-up and drop-off between 8 AM and 10 AM during the same days at no extra charge. During curbside hours, clients should ring the bell upon arrival; a staff member will then assist at the door to receive your cat and any supplies. Please note that for the safety and comfort of all guests, clients are not permitted inside the facility before 10 AM, and all interactions during curbside hours occur outside the building. This system ensures a smooth and secure transition for your feline companion while respecting the hotel's cat-focused environment.

- 09Yes, to ensure the safety and well-being of all our feline guests, Whiskers Cat Hotel has specific requirements. All cats must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea-free, and in good health. Additionally, unaltered cats over the age of six months cannot stay at Whiskers Cat Hotel. This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment for all our guests. If your cat is not yet neutered or spayed and is over six months old, we recommend discussing options with your veterinarian. We are committed to providing a serene and safe haven for every cat in our care!
- 10Yes, we offer tours of our facility at Whiskers Cat Hotel and no appointment is necessary! You are welcome to visit us during our reception hours from 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Saturday. During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to see our spacious and comfortable accommodations, meet our dedicated staff, and learn about the range of services we offer to ensure your cat's stay is enjoyable and stress-free. Our goal is to provide a safe and happy environment for all our feline guests, and we encourage you to come and see for yourself!
- 11At Whiskers Cat Hotel, we provide an array of extra services to ensure your cat's stay is both enjoyable and fulfilling. For those with a penchant for treats, we offer Catnip Animals for $3.50, Wheat Grass for $6, and Pureed Churu Treats for just $0.75. If you'd like visual updates during your pet's stay, you can opt for an Email Photo Update featuring 3 photos for $10. Our spa treatments include a 15-minute massage or a 15-minute brush out, both priced at $10 each, to keep your feline friend relaxed and well-groomed. Additionally, we have a 15-minute playtime exercise session for $10, which can include various fun activities to keep your cat active and entertained. These extras are designed to cater to your cat's comfort, health, and happiness during their stay at Whiskers Cat Hotel.
- 12If your cat is found to have fleas during their stay, we immediately take action to ensure a clean and pest-free environment. This includes treating your cat for fleas, deep cleaning the room, and sanitizing all bedding. There is a $50 fee for this service, and if additional cats share the room, they will be charged $25 each. Our team works diligently to ensure every guest enjoys a happy and healthy stay.
- 13At Whiskers Cat Hotel, we want to ensure that every room your cat stays in is impeccably clean and comfortable. If your cat needs to switch rooms or if you request a move to another room during their stay, we apply a deep cleaning fee of $35 per room change. This fee covers the cost of thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the vacated room to maintain our high standards of hygiene and to provide the best possible environment for all our feline guests. Your cat's well-being and comfort are our top priorities, and this process ensures a seamless transition and a spotless space for every cat staying with us!
- 14At Whiskers Cat Hotel, we happily provide the highest quality canned and grain-free dry food for $3 a day per cat. If you prefer, you can also bring your own food at no additional cost to ensure your cat enjoys their usual diet. For those who feed their cats a raw diet, we offer the convenience of a refrigerator and freezer to store raw food safely. This allows us to cater to your cat's unique dietary needs while maintaining their health and comfort during their stay with us.
- 15At Whiskers Cat Hotel, we take the health and well-being of your cat very seriously, especially when it comes to administering medications prescribed by a veterinary doctor. For oral medications, topical gels, trans-dermal gels, and suspensions, there is a $3 fee per administration. This fee does not apply to medications that can be mixed into your cat's food. Please note that we do not administer injections or subcutaneous fluids. Medications will be provided by the cat owner in the original container, labeled with veterinary information and directions. All medications are administered between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm to ensure your pet gets their treatment in a timely manner. Our trained staff follows precise protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of your cat during medication administration. By choosing Whiskers Cat Hotel, you can rest assured that your cat is in good hands, receiving the necessary care and attention for a healthy and happy stay. If kitty is on a complicated medication schedule that is life-sustaining, or your kitty is known to become upset in an unfamiliar place, please board at your vet – it is far safer for kitty to be under their care.
- 16To ensure the safety and health of all our feline guests, Whiskers Cat Hotel requires that all cats have up-to-date vaccinations before their arrival. Specifically, your cat must have a current Rabies vaccination and a current FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia) vaccination on file. These records should be uploaded to our online portal,(https://petmanager.app/portal?token=875ba87861bf3ff4807ccbdcf71e34fe0a2ce049) emailed or texted to us before drop-off.
- 17At Whiskers Cat Hotel, long-term boarding is defined as stays of four weeks or longer, and we pride ourselves on offering extensive amenities and care to ensure your kitty feels at home. We provide twice-daily amenities at no extra charge, ensuring your feline friend receives pampering and attention throughout the day. Additionally, you will receive weekly photo updates so you can see how your kitty is doing while you're away. We offer a 20% discount on all food, treat, toy, and bedding purchases to make sure your pet has everything they need at a reduced cost. Kitties in our care are given love and attention all day long, ensuring their emotional well-being. To maintain a clean and healthy environment, your kitty's room, bedding, and blankets are cleaned and replaced every week. At Whiskers Cat Hotel, our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for your beloved pet, giving you peace of mind during long-term boarding.
