Job Description:

  • Work with clients to insure they have a positive experience at Whiskers Luxury Cat Boarding.

  • Must be able to be on your feet for a minimum 6 hours.

  • Must be able to handle cats, medications and cleaning products.

  • Scooping, dumping, scrubbing and disinfecting litter boxes, cat suites, cat carriers, etc.

  • Wiping down and disinfecting shelves, vacuuming cat trees, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, etc.

  • Cleaning food and water bowls.

  • Putting cats in carriers.

  • Working around cats of all personality types - and being gentle, patient and caring with each and every one.

  • Taking photos of cats, giving play sessions, brush outs, etc.

  • A kind heart and patience with cats.

  • The first three months have a learning curve, but at the end you'll be an expert in feline care.

  • We'll teach you how to read the signals that cats use to communicate with humans and each other, the best diets for cats and why, and how to insure each kitty is comfortable, healthy, happy and content while staying with us.

Pay:

  • Starts at $13.00 an hour without experience, plus tips. 

  • Starts at $15.00 an hour with experience, plus tips.
